Rapper Ice T rocks the Akomplice Liberty T in the opening scene of the new documentary film – Something From Nothing: The Art of Rap, which released in theaters June 15th, 2012. Ice T plays the role of Director/Interviewer in this documentary which explores strictly the origins of Rap and Hip Hop and strays away from all the money, girls, beef and swagger, which most rap documentaries seem to focus on. This documentary has a full cast of guest appearances including Bun B, B-Real, Afrika Bambaataa, Common, Chuck D, Mos Def, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Nas, Q-Tip, Redman, Raekwon, Dj Premier, Kayne West, KRS-One , Immortal Technique, and Doug E. Fresh.
