Mike Liberty’s design trip through Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina was the inspiration behind the recent Akomplice collection. Much of the range is themed around the juxtaposition between the inner and outer journey for happiness. A standout piece is the Pepe Mujica tee, which was conceived after Mike met Uruguay’s previous president Jose (Pepe) Mujica. 90% of profits from the sale of this tee will be donated to Jose Mujica’s charity of choice. The graphics collection also showcases stabs at fast fashion and how the industry often preys on human insecurities in order to sell products. Keep your third eye open.
