It was a cold night in the streets of Aspen, Colorado. There were many parties and events to attend on Friday, January 24th; the X-games had just begun earlier that day and the streets were in a frenzy. Akomplice and Isvera teamed up to throw a fashion show at The Regal, with a special performance from Maybach Music’s Rockie Fresh. Even with all of the industries top names throwing parties in Aspen the same night, the Colorado brands’ (Akomplice & Isvera) party was definitely the place to be. The party people flooded through the doors at 10pm when they finally opened and a huge line remained outside and around the corner. The fashion show was my favorite part of the night. Akomplice has always done it right when it comes to fashion shows. Traditionally they’ve always had a lineup of beautiful women in nothing but their underwear and a t-shirt, always a crowd pleaser. When it was time for Rockie Fresh to take the stage, the crowd was rowdy and the good vibes were in full effect. Rockie’s DJ set the tone right with some good jams, getting the crowd in the mood. Rockie performed 5 or 6 tracks that blew the lid off the show and really topped off the night.
