The AK kids got G on this one. We made sure to get a spot with a kitchen, this way we can make G-ass breakfasts after long nights. The night leading to this breakfast was among the great club nights of our lives. We found ourselves at the VIP Lounge. Among hundreds of beautiful women, an ice rink with ice skating divas, and a revolving dance floor. Our boys from L.A. bought a table and then ended up fighting the bouncers, got nasty, but after holding some fools back we kept partyin’. So, the breakfast was much needed, afterward we roamed to the festival and watched our second premiere, a remake of a 1960’s film titled “The Housemaid”, very well done and my favorite film I’ve seen in months, should release soon, but as it’s a Korean film you may need to hunt it out. Before the premiere we met Alice and Hannah, two soon to be journalists from France, we invited them for a late lunch back at the crib, hamburgers with no ketchup. Check more flicks after the jump.

Holler at your boy!!  We’re in Cannes which is situated in the south of France. For anyone not aware of the Cannes Film Festival, it’s considered the second most important event next to the Olympics. The top film festival of the world, drawing in the usual suspects like Tarantino, Oliver Stone, Martin Scorsese, and tons of actors/ actresses. We rented an apartment about a 15 minute walk to the red carpet. Both Patrick and I are here with press badges as we’re writing an article for “StreetWear Today Mag”. Our first day was great but not without hustle, we’re among 4000 media companies and thousands of industry heads. We ran the streets, hit a premiere, and then met up with some friends to begin our indulges into the lustful, luxurious night. Check more shots after the jump.

Time to make the drive from Geneva Switzerland to Cannes France, the drive took about 7 hours but was dope! The countryside was well preserved with ancient castles on cliffs, graffiti on rocks and in the south of France the wine and cognac farms began to pop out from every landscape’s edge. Check more photos after the jump.

Touched down in Geneva Switzerland, 12:40pm. We left L.A.  the previous day at 10:30am, 16 hours of travel and a 9 hour time zone change, hungry and hungover from cheap airline wine and jet lag, but strangely not tired. First thing we did was hit the Saturday market. Had to holler at some Swiss/ French food groups, to our excitement we found some of the best cheeses, wines, raviolis, breads, and meats… I’m sayin’, everything was homemade and top quality, c’mon U.S.A. step your game up!!! Check more flicks after the jump.
